All Lamsri Harem pants are eligible for return with a full refund up to 14 days past delivery as long as they are returned in good condition. Note that customers are responsible for return fees. We are confident that you will feel the most comfortable in our pants and happy with your purchase. We take great pride in offering a high quality product but in the rare case of a product defect or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@lamsriharempants.com and we will resolve it
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us as long as they are unwashed and in like-new condition
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
