1. How long will it take for my pants to arrive?
We ship all our items within 1 business day. All Lamsri Harem Pants products are shipped from the USA and usually arrive within 3-5 business days for domestic shipping.

2. Can I change the shipping address to something else after I place my order?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us asap at hello@lamsriharempants.com and we can get your order updated. We pride ourselves on shipping to our customers quickly so please contact us if there are any changes in delivery address.
3. My order never arrived, where is it?
Each order is provided with a tracking number. Most items arrive within 3-5 business days for domestic USA shipping. It may take longer during the holiday season or inclement weather. Some rural towns also can have minor delays. You can enter in your tracking number online to get up to date information on your order. If you order has not arrived within 20 days from date or order, email us at hello@lamsriharempants.com.
SIZE GUIDE & RETURNS
1. Do you have a return policy?
We are confident that you will love your harem pants but in the rare case that you do not, please consult our 'Shipping&Returns' page. Please email us at hello@lamsriharempants.com. As long as you return the pants in like-new condition and unwashed within 14 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase price right away.
2. How will I know if the pants will fit me?
Please consult our Size Guide for our harem pants, jumpsuits, dresses, skirts, tops, and shorts. Our Lamsri Harem Pants items are unisex and are one size fits most for size 0-16 or between XS-L. Our clothing materials are so comfortable, you might not even know you are wearing them ;)

Lamsri Harem Pants contracts with Stripe for our payment services. They secure all credit card and personal information with AES-256 bit encryption. 3. What currency are your products in?
All of our Harem Pants are listed in USD $ and ship from Houston, the USA. When using an international credit card, your financial institution will charge to your account in your own currency.
4. Why did my transaction not go through?
This can be a very simple problem from a mistake in entering the CVV code or billing zip code for the credit card. Please verify your card information and try again. It can also be a security feature from your bank or financial institution which a simple phone call to them should fix. You will not be charged if you do not get to the order confirmation page. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do you care for Lamsri Harem Pants?
Now that you are wearing your vibe and feeling amazing in our harem pants and clothing, it’s good to know how to care for these special items in your wardrobe.
Washing Instructions
All of our Lamsri Harem Pants items are 100% rayon and supremely comfortable. We recommend that you hand wash your pants and line dry. Do not soak in the water for long periods. It is natural for these vibrant patterns to have a little color come out for the first few times when you wash them. After that you will be able to mix with other clothes without any issue.
You can also wash these separately in the washer on a delicate setting and light tumble dry low heat. We recommend you put them in a garment bag to protect the feel and elasticity of the pants.
The best is to hand wash and line dry. Trust us, you will be surprised at how fast our pants dry and you will be back to wearing your vibe!
